Set alongside the meandering Wealdstone Brook in Wembley Park, Regal London’s latest development - Fulton & Fifth - provides residents with a thriving new neighbourhood of stylish apartments and luxury amenities. Sitting amongst landscaped gardens, paved walkways and a beautiful, green waterside park, the interior design of the resident amenities needed to echo the surrounding community of local creatives and artisans, as well as the slick, contemporary feel of the apartments. When working to produce the concept design of the lobby, games room, swimming pool, sauna, gym, cinema, golf simulator and co-working space, it was essential to bring the ethos of the local area in, whilst establishing a distinctive sense of elegance and refinement.
